Due to my current unfortunate financial situation, I haven’t bought shoes in what feels like years. Like the original fashionista that I am, my one major Achilles heel is shoes. Whether they be Pumps, flats, sandals, leather, suede, red, brown, green, I adore them. Shoes are like works of art I can wear on my feet and admire all day. I just made the mistake of looking at DSW.com and found several pairs of shoes that have my mouth watering.
I don’t just want these, I need these.
Carlos Santana Twist Reptile Platform
I don’t know about you, but I’m not tired of reptile yet.
Adorable, yet the cutout makes it’s slyly sexy.
MAZSTUDIO Xpert leather Peep Toe Bootie
I am this close to dropping next week’s paycheck on these babies;they’d go with everything.

Oh, I just love those cutout ankle booties. Do they come in red?
I had my most favorite pair of red, stappy, spike heels that I loved to wear with black tights and short red or black skirts and coordinating twin sets, but I don’t wear them anymore. Oh well!
What’s with the new patterned hose that I keep seeing? Is this the new style? Thanks for the great shoes!
Those sound fantastic Janice! I wish I could have seen those outfits. Patterned tights? Yeah those are a small tend , I’d say. I somewhat like them, but they can look to busy for some outfits.
Another great, useful post! You offer just the right touch of personality sprinkled in with your review of latest fashion. I have one thought on how you organized this. For the one-sentence commentaries, it’s not clear which shoe I should be connecting each statement with. Another way to handle this would have been to put the sentences on the same line as the linked name of the shoe, separated by some kind of punctuation. That arrangment also would have reduced the amount of scrolling required to read the post and increase the chances that every reader will stay with the post until the end.

Le,
Thank you! I have had issues with the length of my posts, so I ‘ll try out your strategy.
Auhg. I’ve been a heel-buying halt for the winter season (and instead buying boots, which is no better, but I like to tell myself it is) but that peep toe bootie is tempting me.
It’s awful isn’t it? I know, those boots are just…sigh. Haha.
